Halloween Decisions...

Halloween is fast approaching and I have yet to select costumes for The Fam.  We are totally into this holiday.  I'm not sure if it's a west coast thing but Halloween is MAJOR in our neighborhood.  Kids come in herds.  One year we went through 32 POUNDS of candy.  Needless to say, we get into it...

Here's a glimpse at Halloween from years past.  Before the boys were born the hubs and I went to a party at the Park Plaza Hotel in downtown LA and dressed up as a 1920's golfer and flapper.  That party was a-MAZE-ing.

3 weeks post delivery and I was in NO mood to put on a costume but we managed to dress the boys as teeny tiny pumpkins.  I think those costumes were actually meant for puppies but they were the only outfits that remotely fit their little bodies.  No judgment please... we're in the trust tree.

And last year, we dressed up as the crew from Wizard of Oz.  I can't believe I got the hubs to wear that outfit...  he must have lost a bet with me.  I do recall that ridiculous hat being taken off immediately after this photo which left him in a silver pleather suit.  Kids were asking him if he was a robot from space.  LOL!

I figure this could be my last year picking out costumes for the boys cuz they'll want to pick out their own next year.  What should we be?

What came first.  The chicken or the egg?

A Family of Avengers?  I would need to go on a serious diet to get into that black spandex suit... starting like NOW

Dr. Suess's Cat in the Hat, Thing 1 and Thing 2?  What would the hubs be though...

Help!  Any favorites or better ideas??
