Let There Be Light

So last week I posted about not being able to see the light at the end of the renovation tunnel?  Well, guess what... I found the light!  And it appeared in the form of a huge freaking window (and some dry wall).

Here is the too tiny window surrounded by the framing for the new window.  We've basically quadrupled the amount of window space.  I'm amazed at the difference this change has made to the bedroom.  The amount of light that pours in is outstanding and it really opens up the room.

and the best part...WAIT FOR IT... "Lo and Behold" we apparently have a mountain view!  Who knew?!
