Al Fresco Summer Dinner

I love dining outside in the summer.  This past Sunday I decided to make Andy and I an early Sunday dinner using some of my Farm Fresh to You goodies.  On the menu: Herbed Roasted Fish, Celery Parmesan Salad and a Pluot & Blueberry Crumble.



Crisp blue skies, birds chirping, some Marley playing in the background, the hubs and I talking about our hopes and dreams while feasting on a delicious meal...eeerrrrkkkkkkk (insert record scratching sound effect).



Sorry, I drifted into Never Never Land for a second.  Don't be fooled.  While I may have set a nice table and prepared a meal, it was anything but relaxing.


The kiddos were playing in the backyard while we "ate" so we were interrupted about 74 times.  "Where's my scooter?", "Put my helmet on", "He took my scooter", "Take my helmet off", "I have to go potty", "I had an accident", "Whatcha eating?", "Can I have a snack?", yada, yada yada....





Oh the joys of parenting.  PATIENCE is a virtue.  Sooooo, how many days till pre-school starts??  Be on the lookout tomorrow for the recipes.
